# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey slices (about 8 to 10 slices)
02 - 1 box (6 ounces) Stove Top stuffing mix, any flavor

→ Gravy

03 - 1 packet (1 ounce) Knorr roasted turkey gravy mix
04 - 2 cups water
05 - 1 tablespoon butter

→ For Baking

06 - Cooking spray or a little oil to grease the baking dish

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
02 - Follow the package instructions to prepare stuffing mix. Fluff thoroughly with a fork after cooking.
03 - Arrange turkey slices flat. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons stuffing onto each slice and roll firmly. Place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Combine turkey gravy mix, 2 cups water, and butter in a saucepan. Whisk over medium heat until smooth and thickened.
05 - Pour half of the prepared gravy evenly over the turkey roll ups.
06 - Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbling.
07 - Serve roll ups with remaining gravy on the side. Pair with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole if desired.
