# Ingredients:

→ Tater Tot Bowl

01 - 4 cups frozen Tater Tots
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

→ Sausage Gravy

05 - 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
06 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
07 - 1 1/2 cups whole milk
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven as directed on Tater Tot packaging. Arrange frozen Tater Tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove from oven and set aside.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, render breakfast sausage, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked. Sprinkle all-purpose flour over the cooked sausage and stir to coat evenly; cook for 1 to 2 minutes to remove flour taste.
03 - Gradually pour in whole milk while stirring continuously. Simmer until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and keep warm.
04 - In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until cooked through and set. Remove from heat.
05 - Divide the baked Tater Tots among individual bowls. Top each with scrambled eggs, spoonfuls of sausage gravy, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - Garnish each bowl with chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
