# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
02 - 1 small hot chili pepper, such as jalapeño or Fresno, finely chopped

→ Liquids

03 - 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

→ Sweeteners and Seasonings

05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - Salt, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Combine the chopped mango, lime juice, and honey in a blender; process until the mixture is completely smooth.
02 - With the blender running on low, gradually drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil until fully emulsified.
03 - Transfer the mango puree to a bowl and stir in the finely chopped hot chili pepper.
04 - Taste and season with salt; adjust spice level if desired.
