Strawberry Coconut Chia Refresher (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 g fresh strawberries, hulled
02 - 360 ml chilled coconut water
03 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds
04 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
05 - 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - Ice cubes, as needed
07 - Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Soak chia seeds in 60 ml coconut water and refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow them to swell.
02 - Blend strawberries until smooth and transfer to a separate vessel.
03 - Add the remaining coconut water, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice to the strawberry purée. Blend until fully combined.
04 - Distribute hydrated chia seeds among serving glasses. Add ice cubes and extra strawberry slices if desired.
05 - Pour the strawberry-coconut mixture into glasses, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately, well chilled.

# Notes:

01 - Using chilled coconut water enhances the drink’s cooling effect, while fresh basil adds an aromatic finish.
