# Ingredients:

→ Main Mixture

01 - 3 large eggs, beaten
02 - 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
03 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
09 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
10 - 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, spinach, melted butter, garlic powder, black pepper, thyme, salt, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and diced onion. Mix until all components are evenly incorporated.
03 - Using a 1 1/2-tablespoon scoop or a round tablespoon, portion the mixture and roll into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter. Arrange evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the exterior of the spinach balls is golden brown.
05 - Allow to cool slightly. Serve while warm or at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure spinach is squeezed dry to avoid excess moisture in the mixture, which can affect the final texture.
