S’mores Bars Graham Chocolate (Print Version)

Layers of graham, chocolate, and marshmallows baked for a sweet, gooey, crowd-pleasing snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
03 - 8 to 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Filling and Topping

04 - 4 Hershey's chocolate bars (4.4 ounces each)
05 - 10 ounces mini marshmallows

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick butter spray.
02 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix with a spoon until evenly moistened.
03 - Transfer graham cracker mixture to the prepared pan. Distribute evenly and press firmly with fingers to compact along the bottom and slightly up the sides.
04 - Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until edges start to turn golden brown. Remove pan from the oven and let cool slightly.
05 - Arrange Hershey's chocolate bars on top of the crust, covering as much surface as possible.
06 - Return pan to oven and bake for about 3 minutes, until chocolate just begins to melt and develops a shiny appearance.
07 - Remove pan from oven and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Evenly distribute mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer, packing them closely.
08 - Set oven to broil. Place pan on the upper rack and broil for about 2 minutes, watching closely, until marshmallows are lightly browned. Do not overbroil.
09 - Remove pan from oven and allow to cool completely. Slice into bars and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Monitor marshmallows closely during broiling as they can brown very quickly.
