# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, chopped
03 - 1 small bell pepper, diced

→ Sauce

04 - 1 cup tomato sauce
05 - 1/2 cup ketchup
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Topping

11 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
12 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
02 - Cook ground beef, chopped onion, and diced bell pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned and vegetables are soft. Drain off any excess grease.
03 - Add tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Remove from heat and transfer the filling evenly into the prepared baking dish.
05 - Cut the refrigerated biscuit dough into quarters and arrange pieces evenly over the mixture.
06 - Distribute the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the biscuit pieces.
07 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling.
08 - Allow casserole to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Drain the beef thoroughly to prevent excess grease in the finished dish.
