# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Vegetables

02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Cooking and Finishing

09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
11 - Juice of 1/2 lemon

# Steps:

01 - Pat shrimp thoroughly dry using paper towels and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until soft and translucent.
03 - Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, taking care not to brown.
04 - Add cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and smoked paprika to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes until tomatoes are softened and begin releasing their juices.
05 - Add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and just cooked through.
06 - Remove the skillet from heat. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, do not overcook shrimp to preserve tenderness.
