01 - 2 pounds medium raw shrimp, shelled, deveined, tails on

→ Sauce

02 - 1 cup unsalted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
04 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
02 - Combine butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley in a small saucepan over medium heat; heat until butter is fully melted, then remove from heat.
03 - Place the shrimp in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
04 - Pour the warm butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
