In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together almond flour, chocolate whey protein powder, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and water until a cohesive dough is formed.

Using your hands or a small scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.

Roll each ball in mini dark chocolate chips until fully coated.

Arrange the coated bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until firm, approximately 30 minutes.
