Protein Brownie Bites (Print Version)

Chocolatey, protein-packed brownie bites with almond flour and honey. Perfect for a wholesome treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup almond flour
02 - 2 scoops (about 1/2 cup) chocolate whey protein powder
03 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 2 tablespoons almond butter
05 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
06 - 2 tablespoons water

→ Coating

07 - 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together almond flour, chocolate whey protein powder, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and water until a cohesive dough is formed.
02 - Using your hands or a small scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
03 - Roll each ball in mini dark chocolate chips until fully coated.
04 - Arrange the coated bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until firm, approximately 30 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, allow the bites to chill completely before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
