Soft rolls stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella, and pizza sauce, finished with a garlic butter glaze.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 25 frozen dinner rolls, thawed and risen

→ Filling

02 - 1 jar pizza sauce, approximately 14 ounces
03 - 3 cups mini pepperoni slices, divided
04 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 25 cubes, divided

→ Garlic-Butter Finish

05 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (1/2 stick)
06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Allow frozen dinner rolls to thaw and rise according to package instructions, either at room temperature for 3 to 5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, then bring to room temperature until rolls have doubled in size.
02 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Flatten each thawed roll into a disc. Place about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, a few mini pepperoni slices, and one cube mozzarella cheese in the center. Gather and pinch dough tightly around the filling to seal, forming a ball. Repeat until all rolls are filled.
04 - Arrange the filled dough balls in a circle on lined baking sheet, forming a wreath shape.
05 - Place wreath in preheated oven and bake for 30 to 34 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and fully baked.
06 - While rolls are hot out of the oven, combine melted butter, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush mixture generously over rolls.
07 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm, accompanied by additional pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra crisp exterior, bake on the lower oven rack. Adjust pepperoni quantity based on preference for spiciness or flavor.
