01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
02 - 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
03 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
04 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 1 egg, beaten
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet to smooth the surface.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is evenly blended.
04 - Evenly spread the cheese and spinach filling over one half of the puff pastry sheet.
05 - Fold the unused half of the puff pastry over the filling, pressing down gently to seal the edges. Cut the pastry into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
06 - Gently twist each strip several times and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Brush the tops of each pastry twist with beaten egg to promote a golden, glossy appearance when baked.
08 - Transfer to oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until twists are puffed and golden brown.
09 - Remove from oven and allow twists to cool briefly before serving.

01 - For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of smoked paprika or crushed red pepper over the filling before twisting.
