# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Seasonings

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

→ Sauce and Toppings

08 - 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
09 - 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
10 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish suitable for holding the chicken breasts.
02 - Generously season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika on both sides.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken breasts in skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown but not cooked through.
04 - Optional: Enhance honey mustard dressing with additional honey if a sweeter flavor is desired. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
05 - Transfer browned chicken breasts to prepared baking dish. Drizzle each piece with a generous amount of honey mustard dressing.
06 - Distribute crumbled bacon evenly over chicken. Layer with shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses.
07 - Bake, uncovered, for 20–25 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and cheese is melted.
08 - Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the chicken to rest briefly after baking for optimal juiciness.
