Quick Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Noodles

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 16 ounces linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles

→ Sauce

03 - 1/3 cup soy sauce
04 - 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
05 - 2/3 cup beef broth
06 - 1/4 cup brown sugar

→ Seasonings

07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
11 - Green onions for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a pot of water to boil and cook your choice of noodles according to package directions.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat and return meat to pan.
03 - Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and both peppers to the beef. Stir until well combined.
04 - Add your drained noodles to the skillet and toss until well coated with sauce. Top with chopped green onions if desired.

01 - Adjust spiciness by adding more red pepper flakes
02 - Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce salt content
