Mini Mcgriddle Bites Cheddar (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 240 g pancake mix
02 - 180 ml water
03 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2–3 tablespoons (30–45 ml) maple syrup
05 - 60 g cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line mini muffin pans with liners or grease thoroughly to prevent sticking.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together pancake mix and water until just combined; some lumps may remain.
03 - Fold in cooked and crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and maple syrup until evenly incorporated.
04 - Distribute the batter evenly among the mini muffin cups, filling each to about three-quarters full.
05 - Bake for 15 minutes, or until the bites are lightly golden and fully set in the centre.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the bites to cool for several minutes before removing from the pan for easier release.
