# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
02 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

08 - Pinch red chili flakes
09 - Lemon zest, as desired

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss baby spinach with olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
03 - Place small mounds of seasoned spinach onto the prepared tray and gently flatten each into a thin disk. Distribute crumbled feta cheese generously over each mound. If desired, sprinkle with red chili flakes or lemon zest.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until spinach is crisped and feta begins to brown. Watch closely during the final minutes to prevent overbaking.
05 - Allow chips to cool on the tray for 5 to 10 minutes. Chips will become firmer as they cool.
