Combine frozen mango, mango or orange juice, optional honey or sugar, ice cubes, and food coloring if desired in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Transfer to a jug and keep in the freezer while preparing the next layer.

In a clean blender, process frozen strawberries, strawberry juice or water, optional sugar, ice cubes, and food coloring until the mixture is smooth. Reserve in the freezer to keep chilled.

Rinse the blender and combine vanilla ice cream, milk, vanilla syrup, and ice cubes. Blend until the mixture is creamy and fully incorporated.

Pour the mango layer into the base of each glass. Carefully add the strawberry layer over the mango, followed by the cream layer on top. Use a spoon to control layering and minimize blending of the colors.

Top with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh mango and strawberry slices, and drizzle with mango or strawberry syrup. Serve immediately.
