Jamie Oliver Yogurt Popsicles (Print Version)

Enjoy creamy yogurt pops with banana, strawberries, and honey for a cool, fruity snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 small ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
02 - 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries

→ Dairy

03 - 2 cups plain non-fat yogurt

→ Sweetener

04 - 2 tablespoons honey

# Instructions:

01 - Place sliced bananas, frozen berries, plain non-fat yogurt, and honey into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Evenly divide the blended mixture among six popsicle molds or small cups.
03 - Freeze the filled molds for 10 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks or sturdy teaspoons into the center of each.
04 - Continue to freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the popsicles are completely firm.
05 - To unmold, briefly run the outside of each mold under warm water and carefully remove the popsicles. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a creamier texture, let the fruit partially thaw before blending. Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 week.
