Place sliced bananas, frozen berries, plain non-fat yogurt, and honey into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and fully combined.

Evenly divide the blended mixture among six popsicle molds or small cups.

Freeze the filled molds for 10 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks or sturdy teaspoons into the center of each.

Continue to freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the popsicles are completely firm.

To unmold, briefly run the outside of each mold under warm water and carefully remove the popsicles. Serve immediately.
