11 - Black olives, sliced (optional)

13 - Apple cider vinegar
14 - Italian seasoning

→ Other

15 - Toothpicks

# Steps:

01 - Arrange the slices of Genoa salami, mortadella, sopressata, and pepperoni, with the largest slice on the bottom and the smallest on top, forming an even stack.
02 - Spread a thin, even layer of mayonnaise over the stacked meats, leaving space at the top edge. Position a slice of provolone cheese halfway down the stack.
03 - Distribute a small handful of shredded lettuce and any chosen optional toppings near the lower half of the meat and cheese stack.
04 - Starting from the bottom edge, roll the stack tightly upwards, tucking in the fillings as needed for a secure roll.
05 - Fasten the roll-up with a toothpick to maintain its shape. In a small dish, combine two tablespoons of oil with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and season with Italian seasoning. Serve by dipping the roll-ups in the vinaigrette.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the meats and cheese are evenly overlapped to maintain a tidy roll and prevent fillings from spilling during assembly.
