# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2/3 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 30 grams unflavored protein powder
04 - Pinch of salt
05 - 2/3 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

→ Filling and Topping

06 - 10 teaspoons cream cheese
07 - 1 egg, lightly beaten
08 - Everything But The Bagel seasoning

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the gluten-free flour, baking powder, unflavored protein powder, and salt.
02 - Incorporate plain unsweetened Greek yogurt until a sticky dough forms.
03 - Lightly flour a work surface. Divide the dough evenly into 10 portions and roll each into a ball.
04 - Flatten each piece and place 1 teaspoon cream cheese in the center. Pinch the edges to seal and roll back into a ball.
05 - Brush each dough ball with egg wash or spray lightly with oil. Sprinkle generously with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
06 - Set the air fryer to 350°F and preheat for 5 minutes.
07 - Arrange the prepared dough balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Remove from the air fryer, let cool briefly, and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For a crispier crust, use an egg wash; to keep bites dairy-free, simply omit the egg and substitute a plant-based yogurt and cream cheese.
