01 - 6 slices deli-style ham
02 - 6 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly coat a standard 6-cup muffin tin with non-stick spray.
02 - Press one slice of deli ham into each muffin cup to form a shell.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, whisk and cook eggs until softly scrambled as desired.
04 - Distribute scrambled eggs evenly among the ham-lined cups.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar and black pepper over the eggs.
