Grilled Chicken Bites Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

Tender grilled chicken bites served with rich, tangy garlic sauce. Ideal for gatherings or easy weeknight dinners.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
02 - 15 ml olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

08 - 120 ml mayonnaise
09 - 60 ml sour cream
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
13 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
14 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if desired. Toss until the pieces are evenly coated.
02 - Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side until fully cooked and lightly charred.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Arrange the grilled chicken bites on a serving platter. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce or serve the sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - For additional heat, increase cayenne pepper or add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
02 - Accompany with rice, pasta, or seasonal vegetables for a complete dish.
