Green Goddess Whipped Feta Dip (Print Version)

Creamy whipped feta blended with herbs and lemon for a vibrant, tangy, and fresh dip or spread.

# Ingredients:

→ Herbs

01 - 1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
02 - 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
03 - 1/3 cup packed fresh dill
04 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives or green onions

→ Dairy and Yogurt

05 - 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
06 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

→ Flavorings

07 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
08 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
09 - 2 small garlic cloves
10 - Pinch of chili flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Place basil, mint, dill, chives or green onions, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and chili flakes in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
02 - Taste and adjust with salt and freshly ground black pepper as needed.
03 - Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve chilled with fresh vegetables, chips, or crackers.
