01 -
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Press biscuit dough onto the prepared sheet into a 12-inch round to form the crust.
02 -
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef breakfast sausage until evenly browned and fully cooked. Do not drain rendered fat.
03 -
Add butter to the sausage in the skillet. Sprinkle flour over sausage and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes to eliminate the raw flour taste.
04 -
Gradually pour in milk while stirring. Continue stirring over medium heat until mixture thickens into a creamy gravy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
05 -
Evenly spread the sausage gravy over the prepared biscuit dough crust.
06 -
Scatter the shredded cheddar cheese over the gravy. Using a spoon, create four shallow wells in the cheese and gently crack one egg into each well. Lightly season eggs with salt and black pepper.
07 -
Transfer baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, cheese melted, and egg whites are fully set.
08 -
Allow to rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
