# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 teaspoons instant yeast
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 tablespoon sugar
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 and 1/4 cups warm water

→ Flavoring

07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
09 - Additional olive oil for brushing
10 - Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
02 - Add olive oil and warm water, mixing until a rough dough forms.
03 - Add minced garlic and rosemary, kneading the dough until smooth and elastic.
04 - Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until doubled in size.
05 - Preheat your oven to 200°C and place a cast-iron skillet inside to heat.
06 - Punch down the risen dough and form it into a round loaf.
07 - Carefully remove the hot skillet, grease it lightly, and place the dough inside.
08 - Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
09 - Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crusty.
10 - Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.
