Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

Juicy beef, cheese, and garlic-Parmesan blend inside golden dough—perfect bite-size cheeseburger flavor explosions.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
04 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese

→ Dough

06 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough

→ Garlic Parmesan Butter

07 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder

→ Garnish

10 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure even baking.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir frequently until beef is fully browned. Drain off any excess fat, then let the mixture cool slightly.
03 - Separate biscuit or pizza dough and flatten each portion into a small circle, roughly 4 inches in diameter.
04 - Place a spoonful of cooked beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Top with a generous pinch of shredded cheese, being careful not to overfill.
05 - Carefully bring the edges of the dough up around the filling and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place each one seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Combine melted butter, grated Parmesan, and minced garlic. Generously brush mixture over each dough ball, coating completely.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 14 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
08 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm while the cheese is melted and gooey.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, cool the beef filling slightly before assembling to prevent melting the dough. Adjust cheese selection to taste, and serve immediately for optimal texture.
