Sugar cookie crust meets creamy cheesecake filling and crunchy Fruity Pebbles for a fun, colorful dessert bar.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
02 - 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal, divided

→ Cheesecake Layer

03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, blend the sugar cookie dough with 1/2 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal until thoroughly incorporated.
02 - Press two-thirds of the dough mixture evenly into the base of a greased 8x8-inch baking pan, forming a uniform layer.
03 - In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until a smooth and creamy filling forms.
04 - Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the prepared cookie crust. Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the cheesecake layer and distribute the remaining 1/2 cup Fruity Pebbles evenly on top.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
06 - Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing to ensure clean cuts and proper set.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling the bars after baking enhances texture and makes slicing easier.
