06 - Sea salt, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Peel the bananas and slice each one in half lengthwise. Cut each half into two equal pieces, yielding a total of 8 slices. Arrange slices evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
02 - Spread a generous layer of peanut butter over the top of each banana slice, ensuring full coverage. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and distribute the chopped roasted peanuts evenly on top.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine melted dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is smooth and glossy. Drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over all prepared banana slices.
04 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and chill for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has fully set. Serve directly from the freezer for best texture.
