Feta Olive Dip Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip Mixture

01 - 454 grams cream cheese, softened (use low fat if desired)
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons brine from olives
04 - 113 grams feta cheese
05 - 2.5 teaspoons dried oregano
06 - 2.5 teaspoons minced garlic (or 2–3 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped)
07 - 120 milliliters chopped olives

→ Garnish

08 - Additional sliced olives, for topping

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until light and smooth using an electric mixer.
02 - Add olive oil, olive brine, feta cheese, oregano, and minced garlic. Continue beating until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
03 - Gently fold in the chopped olives using a spatula or large spoon, ensuring even distribution.
04 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend and mixture to firm up.
05 - Before serving, top with sliced olives as garnish if desired. Serve chilled.

01 - For optimal flavor, prepare the dip a day in advance and allow it to chill overnight.
