High Protein Bagel Bites (Print Version)

Small bagel-style bites packed with protein from Greek yogurt and eggs, finished with your favorite savory toppings.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup Greek yogurt
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
04 - 1 1/4 cups almond flour
05 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt

→ Toppings

06 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
07 - 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices (optional)
08 - 1 tablespoon dried herbs (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or lightly grease a standard muffin tin.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly combine Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, almond flour, and salt until a thick dough forms.
03 - Divide dough evenly and roll into small balls, then gently flatten and shape each into miniature bagel rounds on the prepared pan.
04 - Sprinkle each dough bite with shredded cheese, mini pepperoni, and dried herbs as desired.
05 - Transfer pan to the oven and bake for 14–18 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through.
06 - Allow bagel bites to cool slightly before serving warm.

01 - For extra crunch, broil bagel bites for the final 2 minutes of baking.
