Homemade Curry Mayo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 2 1/2 teaspoons madras curry powder
03 - 1 small clove garlic, crushed
04 - 2 teaspoons honey
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well blended.
02 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
