# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 2 1/2 teaspoons Madras curry powder
03 - 1 small clove garlic, crushed
04 - 2 teaspoons honey
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, Madras curry powder, crushed garlic, honey, and lemon juice. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
02 - Transfer the curry mayo to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Store chilled for up to 2 weeks.
