# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound strawberries, sliced
02 - 1/2 medium pineapple, chopped
03 - 6 ounces blackberries
04 - 2 cups red grapes, halved
05 - 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
06 - 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented

→ Dressing

07 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - 1/4 cup honey
09 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
10 - 1 teaspoon lime zest

# Steps:

01 - Thoroughly wash all fruits under cold running water. Slice strawberries, chop pineapple and kiwi, halve grapes, and segment mandarin oranges.
02 - Place strawberries, pineapple, blackberries, grapes, kiwi, and mandarin oranges into a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest until thoroughly combined.
04 - Gently pour the dressing over the prepared fruits and toss lightly until all pieces are evenly coated.
05 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. For optimal freshness, serve within 24 hours.
