Cranberry Overnight Oats (Print Version)

Oats, yogurt, and cranberry sauce create an easy grab-and-go breakfast with layers of flavor and creaminess.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
03 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
04 - 1/2 cup milk
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Topping

06 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

# Steps:

01 - Stir together old fashioned oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, and ground cinnamon in a large mixing bowl until homogenous.
02 - Spoon approximately 3 tablespoons of the oat mixture into each of two jars, then add 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce. Repeat layering until ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of oats.
03 - Cover jars with tight-fitting lids and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 8 hours, allowing the oats to absorb liquid and thicken.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, use old fashioned oats rather than quick oats. If using homemade cranberry sauce, adjust sweetness as needed.
