# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables and Fruits

01 - 1 bag coleslaw mix (approximately 14 ounces)
02 - 2 medium apples, cored and thinly sliced or diced
03 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

→ Dried Fruit

04 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries

→ Dressing

05 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
06 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
07 - 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add the coleslaw mix, sliced apples, dried cranberries, and sliced red onion.
02 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until the dressing is smooth and fully combined.
03 - Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetable mixture. Gently toss to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
04 - Season the coleslaw with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, add the dressing just before serving to prevent the salad from becoming watery.
