01 - 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure the wrap does not stick.
02 - Combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 1 minute until mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. With a silicone spatula, spread it into a thin, consistent rectangle with even thickness and no exposed gaps.
04 - Transfer baking sheet to center of oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the surface appears fully set and lightly golden. Adjust baking time as needed for your oven.
05 - Remove baking sheet from oven and allow the wrap to cool completely on the tray. Once cooled, carefully lift the wrap from the parchment. The wrap should detach easily.
06 - Slice wrap into two sections. Fill or roll with desired fillings such as cream cheese and bacon, grilled chicken and avocado, or vegetables and cheese. Serve immediately.
