Creamy blend of cottage cheese and cheddar with bold taco seasoning for a smooth, flavorful dip.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese, full-fat or low-fat

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 to 3 teaspoons taco seasoning

→ Cheese

03 - 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese or cheddar cheese

→ Garnishes

04 - Pico de gallo
05 - Fresh cilantro
06 - Diced red onion
07 - Crushed red pepper flakes
08 - Additional shredded cheese

# Steps:

01 - Combine cottage cheese and taco seasoning in a blender or food processor. Process until completely smooth.
02 - Transfer the blended mixture to a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in shredded cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, mixing after each, until the cheese has fully melted and the sauce is smooth, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes total.
03 - Serve the warm queso immediately, garnished with pico de gallo, cilantro, red onion, crushed red pepper, and additional cheese as desired. Accompany with tortilla chips or assorted cut vegetables.
