Rich brownie bombs with gooey chocolate chip cookie dough centers create irresistible bite-sized treats.

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Layer

02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil

→ Cookie Dough

04 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
06 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°F) and line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
02 - Combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Stir until just incorporated and smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips until well blended and dough forms.
04 - Roll the cookie dough into small balls. Wrap each cookie dough ball with a layer of brownie batter, fully enclosing the center.
05 - Arrange the shaped bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are set and they appear firm.
06 - Allow the brownie bombs to cool on a wire rack before serving or storing.

# Notes:

01 - For best flavor, chill dough balls for 15 minutes before baking to help keep their shape.
