Lightly toast the sourdough bread slice in a toaster or skillet until golden brown.

Slice or mash the ripe avocado and spread evenly over the toasted bread. Season generously with salt and black pepper.

Shake the JUST Egg bottle well. Pour 4 fl oz into a nonstick skillet and scramble over medium heat, stirring gently, until set and cooked through according to preferred doneness.

Transfer the cooked JUST Egg onto the avocado toast.

Generously drizzle chili crisp over the cooked JUST Egg and avocado toast.
