Chili Crisp JUST Egg Avocado Toast (Print Version)

Silky avocado, plant-based egg, and chili crisp come together on crunchy toast for a satisfying bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 slice sourdough bread
02 - 1/2 ripe avocado
03 - 1/3 bottle JUST Egg plant-based egg substitute (approximately 4 fl oz)
04 - 1 tablespoon chili crisp
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

07 - Chopped chives, optional

# Steps:

01 - Lightly toast the sourdough bread slice in a toaster or skillet until golden brown.
02 - Slice or mash the ripe avocado and spread evenly over the toasted bread. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
03 - Shake the JUST Egg bottle well. Pour 4 fl oz into a nonstick skillet and scramble over medium heat, stirring gently, until set and cooked through according to preferred doneness.
04 - Transfer the cooked JUST Egg onto the avocado toast.
05 - Generously drizzle chili crisp over the cooked JUST Egg and avocado toast.
06 - Sprinkle chopped chives on top, if desired. Serve immediately while warm.
