Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries (Print Version)

Fresh strawberries filled with creamy cheesecake and a hint of vanilla for a delightful dessert bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 18 to 24 large fresh strawberries
02 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/3 cup sour cream
05 - 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Garnish (optional)

07 - Crushed graham crackers
08 - Mini chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Gently rinse the strawberries under cold water and pat them dry. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise, then use a melon baller or small spoon to create a shallow cavity in the center of each half. Set prepared strawberries aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, white granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps.
04 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake filling using a spatula until fully combined and light in texture.
05 - Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe a swirl of filling into the hollowed center of each strawberry half.
06 - Optionally, sprinkle filled strawberries with crushed graham crackers or mini chocolate chips. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure strawberries are thoroughly dried before filling to prevent excess moisture in the finished dessert.
