# Ingredients:

→ Cajun Grilled Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
03 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - Olive oil, for grilling

→ Alabama White Sauce

07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
11 - 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
12 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
14 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
02 - Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil. Grill the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
03 - In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
04 - Slice the grilled chicken breasts and serve with the Alabama white sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
