# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large eggs
02 - 350 ml milk
03 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 180 g all purpose flour
05 - 3 tablespoons melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the eggs by placing them UN-CRACKED in a medium bowl and cover with hot tap water. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
02 - Preheat the oven to 230°C and position the oven rack low to accommodate rising popovers. Thoroughly grease each cup and the top edges of the popover pan.
03 - Beat together the eggs, milk and salt until fully combined, ensuring the yolks are completely incorporated.
04 - Add the flour and whisk until the mixture becomes frothy with no large lumps remaining. Quickly stir in the melted butter.
05 - Divide the batter between the prepared popover cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
06 - Bake the popovers for 20 minutes at 230°C, then reduce heat to 175°C and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes until very golden brown.
07 - For best texture and flavor, serve immediately while warm.
