Beat together the eggs, milk and salt until fully combined, ensuring the yolks are completely incorporated.

Add the flour and whisk until the mixture becomes frothy with no large lumps remaining. Quickly stir in the melted butter.

Divide the batter between the prepared popover cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake the popovers for 20 minutes at 230°C, then reduce heat to 175°C and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes until very golden brown.
