# Ingredients:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1/3 cup finely minced white onion
07 - 1/3 cup finely chopped dill pickles

→ Cheese Filling

08 - 1/2 pound block American cheese

→ Rolls and Garnish

09 - 1 package frozen dinner rolls (24 count), thawed
10 - 1 large egg, beaten
11 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Allow the frozen dinner roll dough to thaw fully following the package instructions.
02 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
03 - Combine ground beef, onion powder, garlic salt, salt, black pepper, minced onion, and dill pickles in a large bowl. Mix until evenly blended.
04 - Divide the beef mixture into 24 equal portions. Cut the American cheese block into 24 small cubes, each approximately 1/2 inch square.
05 - Flatten each meat portion into a circle. Place a cheese cube at the center, then enclose the cheese with the beef mixture, shaping into a ball and sealing well.
06 - Sear the stuffed meat balls on all sides in a large skillet over medium-high heat just until browned, maintaining their shape. Do not cook through.
07 - Roll each thawed dinner roll into a flat circle on a lightly floured surface. Place a seared meat ball in the center, then wrap the dough around and pinch to seal at the bottom. Arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
08 - Brush the tops and sides of each wrapped bomb with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
09 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top and dough is cooked through.
10 - Serve hot with Big Mac-style sauce or your choice of dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Chill cheese before portioning for cleaner cuts and easier assembly.
02 - Avoid overworking the beef mixture to keep the filling tender.
