01 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup confectioners' sugar
03 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant banana pudding mix
06 - 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk

07 - 10 to 12 waffle cones or sugar cones
08 - 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh banana slices
11 - Whipped cream
12 - Additional crushed vanilla wafer cookies
13 - Caramel sauce (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and confectioners' sugar together until completely smooth.
02 - Using a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk the instant banana pudding mix with cold whole milk for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
04 - Carefully fold the prepared banana pudding into the cream cheese mixture until the filling is uniform and smooth. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill.
05 - In a small bowl, stir together the crushed vanilla wafer cookies and melted butter until thoroughly mixed.
06 - Dip the upper edges of each waffle or sugar cone into the cookie-butter mixture, then roll in additional crushed vanilla wafers to achieve a decorative rim. Allow cones to set briefly.
07 - Spoon or pipe the banana cheesecake filling generously into the prepared cones.
08 - Top each filled cone with a fresh banana slice, a swirl of whipped cream, more crushed vanilla wafers, and a drizzle of caramel sauce, if using. Serve immediately.
