# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 4 hinged hoagie rolls

→ Deli Meats

02 - 8 ounces sliced deli ham
03 - 8 ounces sliced salami
04 - 8 ounces sliced roast beef or cooked ground beef
05 - 4 ounces sliced pepperoni

→ Cheese

06 - 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese

→ Vegetables

07 - 1/2 cup pickled banana peppers or pepperoncini
08 - 1/2 cup sautéed onions

→ Seasoning

09 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
10 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Slice each hoagie roll lengthwise, ensuring not to cut completely through so rolls remain hinged.
03 - Arrange ham, salami, roast beef or cooked ground beef, and pepperoni inside each hoagie roll.
04 - Place two slices of cheese atop meats in each sandwich. Add banana peppers and sautéed onions if using.
05 - Place filled sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
06 - Brush tops of rolls with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning.
07 - Cover sandwiches loosely with foil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and fillings are heated through.
08 - Uncover and bake for another 2 to 3 minutes until roll tops are golden and crisp.
09 - Serve hot, accompanied by chips, olives, or a fresh side salad as desired.

# Notes:

01 - Keep rolls hinged for structural integrity and easy assembly.
02 - Sautéed onions enrich flavor but may be omitted for a milder taste.
