# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 200 g cooked rotini or penne pasta
03 - 115 g shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 60 g cooked bacon, crumbled

→ Sauce and Seasoning

05 - 240 ml whole milk
06 - 30 g plain flour
07 - 60 ml ketchup
08 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula until evenly browned. Drain excess fat to prevent greasiness.
02 - Sprinkle flour over the cooked beef. Stir continuously to coat the meat and eliminate raw flour taste.
03 - Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring a smooth and lump-free sauce. Maintain medium heat.
04 - Blend in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and black pepper. Allow to simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
05 - Fold in cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix gently until the cheese melts and the sauce clings to all components.
06 - Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese or bacon if desired.
