01 - 1 cup grated zucchini
02 - 12 ounces lean ground beef
03 - 1 large egg, slightly beaten
04 - 1/4 cup very finely chopped onion
05 - 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
07 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

11 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
12 - 1/4 teaspoon mustard
13 - 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, and bread crumbs. Add paprika, dried oregano, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
02 - Transfer mixture into a lightly greased loaf pan and press evenly. Place in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is fully cooked.
03 - In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar until well blended.
04 - Remove loaf from oven. Spread the prepared topping evenly over the surface. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until topping is set and slightly caramelized.
