01 - 2 medium zucchini
02 - 1 cup cottage cheese
03 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Slice each zucchini in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the centers to form hollowed cups.
03 - In a bowl, thoroughly mix cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly blended.
04 - Evenly distribute the cheese mixture among the hollowed zucchini halves, filling each one.
05 - Arrange stuffed zucchini cups on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
