02 - 1 cup cottage cheese

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and use a spoon to hollow out the centers, forming a cup shape while leaving a sturdy shell.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, large egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, stirring until homogenous.
