02 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
03 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded

05 - 2 tablespoons hot honey
06 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 475°F and, if available, position a pizza stone on the center rack.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a round approximately 12 inches in diameter.
03 - Spread the ricotta cheese over the shaped dough, leaving a small border around the edge for crust formation.
04 - Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella over the ricotta layer.
05 - Arrange thin slices of prosciutto across the surface of the cheese.
06 - Transfer the prepared pizza onto the hot stone or a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
